About PeakListings
Built so realtors
can be
home for dinner.
Real estate eats your evenings. We started PeakListings because we believe an AI team — hired, supervised, and grown by the realtor — should handle the operational grind. You stay on the work that needs a human: the relationships, the negotiation, the judgment calls. The rest runs in the background.
How We Got Here
Born from a simple question
It started with a conversation at a coffee shop in Bozeman. A realtor friend mentioned she was spending more time on paperwork, emails, and compliance checklists than actually working with clients. The deals were getting done, but only because she was working nights and weekends to keep up.
We wondered: what if AI could handle the parts of real estate that don’t need a human? Not the relationship-building, not the negotiations, not the local expertise — but the email triage, the contract scanning, the milestone tracking, the compliance documentation that eats up hours every week.
The first prototype was humble — an AI listing description writer and a comp analysis tool. But as we worked with more Montana agents, we kept hearing the same thing: “This is great, but my real problem is everything else.”
So we built everything else. Today, PeakListings is an AI agent platform — a roster of specialized AI agents, led by a Deal Master, handling tasks from email classification to contract review to daily briefings. We’re still a small team, and we still test every feature with real agents in real markets before we ship it.

What We Believe
Technology should earn its place
We don’t think AI replaces real estate professionals. We think it removes the busywork that keeps them from being great at their actual job.
Local knowledge first
Real estate is hyperlocal. We started in Montana because we know the market, and we build alongside the agents who work it every day. The platform works anywhere, but we earn trust one market at a time.
AI that does real work
A roster of specialized agents, each solving a specific workflow problem. Email triage, contract review, deal tracking, comp analysis. No chatbot theater — just hours of busywork that quietly disappear.
Compliance is not optional
Fair housing checks, audit trails, and data retention are woven into every workflow. In real estate, cutting corners on compliance isn’t just risky — it’s irresponsible. We build accordingly.
No hidden costs
Per-office base, per-agent seats, and AI usage at actual cost. We show you exactly what you’re paying for because we’d want the same thing if the roles were reversed.
Built to grow with you
Whether you’re a solo agent or the principal of a 2–5 person Montana office, the platform adapts — and your team grows as your practice does. Hire new specialized agents when you need them, supervise the ones you have, without the enterprise price tag.
Humans answer the phone
When you have a question, you talk to someone who understands real estate workflows — not a chatbot reading a knowledge base. We’re small enough to care, and we intend to stay that way.

Montana Roots
We build where
we live and work
Montana’s real estate market is where PeakListings was born — and where we continue to build and test everything first. From Bozeman’s tech-driven growth to the Flathead Valley’s resort economy to the working ranches east of the divide, we develop alongside agents who know these markets intimately.
The platform works for any market with a RESO-compliant MLS feed. But we believe the best tools come from understanding one market deeply before trying to serve them all. When we get it right here, we know it’ll work anywhere.
Based in Montana • RESO MLS compatible • Available 24/7
We’re not trying to disrupt real estate. The industry doesn’t need disruption — it needs better tools. We’re trying to build the platform we’d want to use if we were sitting at the desk across from our clients.
