If you connect MLS feeds or third-party integrations, we access listing data, contact records, and related information as authorized by those connections.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve PeakListings services
• Process your requests and respond to inquiries
• Generate AI-powered content (listing descriptions, market reports, email drafts) based on your data and instructions
• Sync and display MLS listing data within the platform
• Send service-related notifications and updates
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our product
• Comply with legal obligations

3. AI-Generated Content

PeakListings uses third-party AI providers to generate listing descriptions, market analyses, and other content. When you use these features, relevant listing data and context is sent to our AI providers for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated content is stored in your account and is subject to the same protections as your other data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, AI processing, analytics)
• Integration partners when you explicitly connect third-party services (MLS, CRM, email providers)
• Legal authorities when required by law, regulation, or legal process

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

MLS listing data is retained in accordance with your MLS board’s data sharing agreements and is removed when you disconnect your feed.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use analytics tools to understand how our site and product are used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
